We have been helping developers and investors increase their bottom line for more than 50 years. Many contractors base their quote on the eventual value of your property once they've completed the job. At Malphus and Son, we're not most contractors - our prices are based on the amount of time it takes to complete your project. Before construction starts, it's our job to make sure all of the professionals who handle design, engineering, and Variance Review/ The ARC (if necessary) are all on the same page and working towards getting you a construction permit. After we break ground, our focus shifts to keeping your project on schedule, keeping you under budget and finishing on time.

Our leadership has served on the State of Florida Licensing Board, the City of Tampa Construction Licensing Board, and the Hillsborough County Housing and Urban Development Board (HUD). For the past 15 years, we have worked directly for the Tampa Housing Authority, renovating existing multi-family properties and building new multi-family residential projects. Our three most notable projects with HUD are 160+ unit Multifamily Commercial Construction, 16000+ unit Multifamily Rehabilitation, and Underground Utilities for up to 1000+ units.
