Project Description:
We built this Seminole Heights New Construction home for an investor. We worked with the owner to do the entire design/development process in-house. This house is the perfect blend of new and old. It is a 1,550 square foot bungalow with an attached garage in the rear of the home. Unlike many homes in the area, it has 12 foot ceilings throughout the home which make the whole place feel bigger. is It has tile in the common areas and wood in the bedrooms. The cabinets are all wood and the home has granite counter tops throughout. This home was only on the market for a week before it sold - because we get our clients results.
I'm very happy with the final result
We would recommend David and we have to numerous other individuals. In fact, we're thinking of building another house and we asked Dave to build the house, that is how much we care about the work and quality he puts into everything.
