Project Description:
This is a new construction spec home that we are building in South Tampa. It's going to be two stories with a two car garage under the home. We're going to install impact windows and doors, wooden cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms with granite counter tops, crown molding, wood flooring throughout, built in speakers, security lighting on the exterior and CAT-5 connection cables for home automation.
I'm very happy with the final result
It's been at least 15 years since we built a spec home in South Tampa and we're excited about this opportunity. This house is going to be state-of-the art with full home automation, built in speakers and top level finishes that will make this the perfect family home.
