Project Description:
We built this Ybor City New Construction home for an investor. We worked with the owner to do the entire design/build process in house. The home's entry way opens up to an open floor plan with a huge living room with nearby kitchen and dining combo. Similar to the 1920's homes in Ybor City, this house has a classic front porch with 10' high ceiling. But, like the high-end new construction houses of today, this house has custom wood cabinets, granite, tile in wet areas and hardwood floors in the common areas.
