We have been in business for more than 50 years and we specialize in building and rehabbing residential homes. Most of our projects can be found in the Tampa Bay Area, but we have also built homes in Key West, Casa Verde, Jacksonville, and Ocala. For the past 20 years, we have been working for the Tampa Housing Authority renovating their multi-family properties, and building new multi-family residential projects. Our leadership has served on the State of Florida Licensing Board, the Hillsborough County Licensing Board, the City of Tampa Construction Licensing Board, and the Hillsborough County Housing and Urban Development Board.
